The Sports world mourns the sudden passing of 18-year-old Abakar Kazbekov of the London Knights of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL).
Since joining the league in 2021-22, Abakar recorded 1 goal and 1 assist in 21 games.
Following the passing of Kazbekov, Saturday night's game at Budweiser Gardens against the Flint Firebirds has been postponed.

“Our thoughts are with his family, friends and teammates,” the Knights said in a statement on Twitter.
