A Minnesota legend passes away

It was announced yesterday that U.S. Hockey Hall-Of-Famer Henry Boucha has tragically passed away.

Henry Boucha played in 247 NHL games scoring 102 points. In his career, he played with the Red Wings, North Stars, Kansas City Scouts, and Colorado Rockies.

He was at one point the most promising prospect in hockey having been selected first overall in the WHA draft and 16th overall in the NHL draft.

Boucha's career achievements include an Olympic silver Medal for the U.S.

His career was sadly cut short due to an eye injury after taking a slash from an opponent.

Boucha was inducted into the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame in 1995.
