The Blues announced on Monday afternoon that they will be naming their 24th captain in Franchise history during a press conference on Tuesday, September 19 at 11:30 AM CST.

This will be the first player to be named captain since the departure of Ryan O'Reilly before last season's trade deadline.
Some potential candidates to don the "C" are brayden Schenn, Robert Bortuzzo and Robert Thomas.
