Following the NHL's decision to ban pride tape, it appears some players have decided to not comply to the rules.
So far, we know multiple orders of Pride Tape have been initiated by unknown NHL teams. And now one player has actually taken the step forward to use the tape in game despite rules forbidding it.
Travis Dermott caught using Pride tape
During the first period of action on Saturday night, Arizona Coyotes defenseman Travis Dermott had been caught with Pride tape on his stick (See pictures below).
It's currently unclear of which punishment Dermott will face for his actions on Saturday night. Or if he will receive a punishment at all.
